Enterprise Zone Tax Abatements

Eligible industries can receive up to 60% real estate tax abatement for up to ten years.

Up to 60% exemption at the CASTLO Industrial Park and other CASTLO communities. Abatements in excess of 60% require approval by the affected school district.

The maximum abatement term is 10 years. Abatements in excess of 10 years require approval of the affected school district.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF)

A TIF can leverage additional funds for public infrastructure needed in new construction.
