The CASTLO Community Fund (CCF) supports various initiatives in the CASTLO communities, which include the cities of Campbell, Struthers and Lowellville, along with Coitsville and Poland townships. Applicants may be government or non-profit. Private entities may apply, but must show direct impact that benefit the residents of the CASTLO communities. The CCF primarily funds projects that support Community Enhancements, Civic Engagement or Educational Advancement.

CASTLO Community Fund, Inc. Awards First Grants
At the annual picnic and golf outing at Bedford Trails Golf Course on June 18th, the CASTLO Community Fund, Inc. presented its first grant awards to two local non-profit organizations. Golden String, Inc. was awarded $8,452.50 from the newly formed CASTLO Community Fund, Inc., while another $8,452.50 was awarded from the CASTLO Community Fund through the Youngstown Foundation for their Gabbacamp Greenhouse project. Habitat for Humanity of Mahoning Valley – ReStore was also presented with a grant award of $5,000 for their ReStore Safety & Sustainability project.
