"Four New Tenants Highlight Growth"

STRUTHERS - CASTLO Industrial Park added four new tenants in 2003, expanded the lease of an existing tenant and accepted two government grants to fund environmental projects.
New tenants at the 120-acre park are IPl lndustrial Painting of
Merrimack, N.H., and Valley Recycling, each with a three-year lease;
Garden Scapes of Ohio Inc., with a two-year lease; and Ohio Cast
Sales, which is leasing space by the month.
Existing tenant Drywall Barn nearly doubled the space it rents under
a new five-year lease. Drywall Barn is one of the park's anchor tenants, along with the Industrial Timber & Lumber Co.
Penn-Ohio Sealing Co. and Aqua America Ohio also signed one-year
lease extensions in 2003.
The park can accommodate up to eight additional buildings with
direct rail access, based on a recent Mahoning River Corridor of
Opportunity Master Plan.
William D. DeCicco, executive director, said several buildings are
also available, including a 30,000 square foot space with a 10-ton
crane, a 27,500 square foot building with inside rail service, and
others equipped with loading docks and sprinkler systems.
Businesses operating in CASTLO have a combined annual payroll of
$3.6 million.
