Existing tenant Drywall Barn nearly doubled the space it rents under a new five-year lease. Drywall Barn is one of the park's anchor tenants, along with the Industrial Timber & Lumber Co.

Penn-Ohio Sealing Co. and Aqua America Ohio also signed one-year lease extensions in 2003.

The park can accommodate up to eight additional buildings with direct rail access, based on a recent Mahoning River Corridor of Opportunity Master Plan.

William D. DeCicco, executive director, said several buildings are also available, including a 30,000 square foot space with a 10-ton crane, a 27,500 square foot building with inside rail service, and others equipped with loading docks and sprinkler systems.

Businesses operating in CASTLO have a combined annual payroll of $3.6 million.
