MRCO| Section "L"

Section "L" of the Corridor of Opportunity was a former Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company coke plant occupying 47-acres in Struthers. Recently acquired by the city, the site is undergoing environmental evaluation and soon will be remediated for future redevelopment.
