MRCO| Section "J"

Section "J" of the Corridor of Opportunity is a terraced 43-acre site on the north side of Ohio Route 289 (Wilson Avenue). It has all utilities available and includes a 26,300 square foot building that was recently purchased by a local contractor.  The site contains several vacant parcels for future development. Because this location abuts the Campbell Wastewater Treatment Plant, the sewers flowing along Wilson Avenue have the largest capacity in the city.
