Section "H" of the Corridor of Opportunity houses the Casey Industrial Park, of which a portion is occupied by the Casey Equipment Corporation. Casey remanufactures steel mill equipment at this location. A subsidiary, Quality Bar, a specialty steel finisher, leases a portion of the property.

Additional building space, served by rail and large overhead cranes, remains available for lease on this site.
