MRCO| Section "A"

Section "A" of the Corridor of Opportunity is a flat riverfront site located just east of Youngstown's Performance Place and directly adjacent to Norfolk & Southern's full-service Hazelton Rail Yard. This property was acquired by the City of Youngstown to help promote the expansion of the Youngstown Performance Place. It is served by an access roadway with a direct connection to the new Center Street Bridge, which links with Interstate 680.
