The CASTLO Industrial Park is located in the greater Youngstown area of northeastern Ohio, at the heart Location of Castlo Industrial Park| Struthers, Ohioof one of the United States largest and most intensive industrial regions, rich in manufacturing skills, work ethic and tradition.

 

Centrally located between New York, Chicago, Cleveland and Pittsburgh, with 10,000,000 potential consumers within a 100-mile radius, our manufacturing, and warehousing and distribution sites could open a new world of opportunities for your organization.

 

We are directly linked to both CSXT Transportation and Norfolk & Southern, plus our sites enjoy easy access to Interstates 76, 79 and 80. Ports on Lake Erie and the Ohio River are close by, as are two large international airports. The Youngstown/Warren Regional Airport is within 30 minutes of our industrial park.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the CASTLO Community Development Improvement Corporation is to advance, encourage and promote industrial, economic, commercial and civic development within Campbell, Struthers, Lowellville, Poland Township and Coitsville Township, Ohio.

 

CASTLO is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of community leaders and elected local officials. The CASTLO Industrial Park is situated on 120-acres in downtown Struthers, Ohio. Nearly $5,000,000 has been invested to transform the site of the former Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company's Struthers Works into a thriving campus-like industrial park.  The CASTLO Board owns and operates the 120-acre CASTLO Industrial Park in the city of Struthers and is empowered to negotiate Lease Agreements with companies that will create new jobs, preserve existing jobs and employment opportunities and otherwise improve economic conditions in the five CASTLO communities.
